A New Blog is Born!!!










Text/Extended Interview with Maddame Hemp:


Azula Jane: Maddame Hemp, How was your experience this weekend at KushExpo 2012?
Maddame Hemp: Oh I had So much fun, I was promoting a company, Eureka Vaporizer and was faded the entire time!
A: How did you get to Promote Eureka Vaporizer?
MH: I went over there and another model was initially going to do it, and I walked over there and I was talking to them acting like myself, being all giggly, and then he asked me to hit it, and i hit it and really liked it.
I talked to the vender about it, I told him I really liked it, and gave him my business card. I told him I was interested and asked him about the Eureka Vaporizer, and he asked if i wanted one So I said "Yeah, yeah, I will go around and talk to people for you!" So I spent the entire day I brought so many people over.

A: How did you make a sale for them?

MH: Here's the thing, if you tell people about it and they go over, they don't necessarily know that you brought them over so I would walk with people i would go up to them have them hit my Eureka Vaporizer and ask if they liked it, they would say yes and I would ask if they wanted one. "They'd say yeah where's you get it, where's you get it? So I would walk with people "Come with me I'll show you!" So I'd look at them and give them the eye be like "You know you want one. " So by the second day, they requested me .

A: Very Cool! So You just went out of your way and you were kind of an entrepreneur about it and decided to approach people and talk to them about your experience, give them a verbal review at the show, have them try the product and take them to the booth. Be the commercial for the product and be their helpful tour guide! Would you Suggest that's the best way to go for newer 420Interns?

MH:Use your smile! Use your personality, be very assertive about it! Go to people and tell them "Yeah it's really amazing! You've gotta try it! NO really! Try it it's amazing!" If they say no, "OK whatever" and move on.

A: So you gotta know when to back off.

MH: Yeah. But you do have to be assertive about it because people don't necessarily know their interested, until they really know about the product. So you say what you know and you do it with a smile and then you'll say something while your hitting the Eureka Vape. or I'll be hitting it and you draw interest and attention to the product.
You know I could be taking pictures with it down by my side, but because people are going around and taking pictures you show it off!
I would walk by a crowd and hit my Eureka Vape. and ask if they could smell anything and be like "You didn't even smell that?" "yeah, no it's smell proof!" and you'll start a whole conversation right there. I could walk past a cop, blahblahblahblahblah you know what I mean.

A: So You do a demo for the vendor basically, and bring the customer to them with a smile! That's how talented our 420Nurses are around here. they can pick up a product, try it, visualize what you need and be your girl in the crowd on the fly and make it happen. We show the public your product and that is a free commercial in person for the product and vendor!
I went undercover this weekend, incognito on Sunday, and I passed their booth and no one even talked to me. I thought they would be too expensive, didn't know what it was, there was so many things to look at that no one other then the 420NUrses really stood out! If I’d seen you maybe I would have gotten one too!
Nobody approached me! I had to approach every booth and ask for samples or fliers. But you went out there and made the connection for these people to their target audience in a long range way, something no vendor could just do at their booth or in the smoking area. You really helped them out! You drummed up a lot of business for them I suspect!
MH: I also drew a lot of attention to other companies and showed them off! There was a lady with water packs that looked like ice packs, she pressed this button and it turned hard and hot like 130 degrees No! And you put it on your muscles when your sore and walking around, i put on my feet all day because i was walking in 5 inch heels. It was amazing! You turn it on and off again. That's so cool! So even that I brought people to her, and I was just doing it to help her because she was nice and helped me. It was nessicarly a 420friendly thing but it was just amazing and it helped all the nurses that day. Whoever was in pain.

A: So the product was marketed at us too, you were all in heels!

MH: Because I was holding it as a 420Nurse, people asked about the product. That's what's great about this company!

A: Agreed! You can make it your own thing!

MH: It boosts your confidence and it makes these vendors think wow these ladies can really help my business!

A. So the best thing as a Vendor would be to approach Chacha or any 420Nurse and ask how we can help your business At the show we can demo and show off the product, for the next show we can promote your business with Fliers, Business cards, A Spot on our lovely free poster, and be at your booth again with the same smile and good attitude to help you sell your product!
Were there any business that directly came to you and asked for your services?

MH:The Butane company at the expo called me out of the blue and I gave them my number and it was just an idea, I was talking to them.

A:So 420Nurse Interns, We do get hired! It does pay off

MH:It was an amazing example. When I first started I didn’t know what was going to be ahead of me, and then i saw those posters and i was like "That's great! I'm so proud of you Candice!" so I gave the butane company my number and said you know, if you ever need anything contact the 420Nurses.

A:So you became a face for them to contact, through your direct profile

MH:Yeah, they called me. It gives us as women a name out there and it gives them credit out there.

A:And then we all try it on the show!

MH:Sometimes it's hard to catch attention and this catches attention!

A:We had over a million hits last show.

MH:And we have great personalities! we have a great time with it!

A:And it costs you so little to have a review with us.

MH:So minimal, you can't find a better deal! I passed out 500 business cards at the one show.

A: So that's 500 people who check YOU out this weekend, maybe they added you maybe they fanned you, maybe they gave the card to a friend or a dispensary, maybe they joined because of you! Everyone of those cards went to somebody with a potential computer. Those cards are available to have a company name on them for us to pass out, check out the store!

MH: I got calls and I got attention! I got messages and Kudos for a lot of different things! People were just happy to meet me, and there are a lot of girls that want to become 420Nurses now because they were so interested in what i was doing! Put yourself out there as a sweet individual, caring about the 420community, caring about the girls. we are family and we want to become huge, make a name for yourself.


A: Maddame Hemp, you being in a successful modeling position makes us all look good! And then you came back and spread these ideas around, they wanted all sorts of services we provide! Photographers, Models, dedicated product shoots!


MH: Talk to Chacha VaVoom on some of the best strategies and the products we offer!
